To guarantee legality of the projected registers, our firm has its own data base, which is permanently actualized with the applications and registrations of the marks in Ecuador, reason why we can report any search in few hours.
  We give our clients an analysis of the searched antecedents, facilitating information of the owner of the trademark, products or services covered by the register and its force.
  If the client is interested in negotiate a registered trademark, we do investigations and respective arrangements in order to access the referred mark.

Registration of logos, commercial names, slogans
Regarding applications of registers, we assist our clients in the registrability of the selected sign and the better way to recover the same, considering its nominative and/or figurative form.

Agreements
We assist our clients and conciliate agreements between the owners and the marks in conflict, guarantying an effective protection of the rights.

Custody
The applications and registrations of our clients are in permanent vigilance against publications of the applications in our country. We report our client about possible oppositions to the applications of similar and/or equal marks that have been published.
  Moreover, we offer our clients our foreign vigilance service, if required.

Patents
We communicate our clients the best way of recover their inventions. We search for solutions that help the applicant in order to facilitate the process and avoid conflicts.
  Regarding TRIPS and Paris Convention, they are already in force. By other side we enclose our forms and the Decision 486 that is in use in the Andean Community.

Copyrights
Our office carries through registration and assignment of Copyrights. W assist our clients in contacts of assignment of rights and all related to the matter.

Sanitary Licenses
Our office takes all the administrative process of the sanitary registers for manufacturing, selling and/or importation of the products.
